Meet this month’s cover star Tory Lane

It’s great to have you with us on FHM. Being featured on a magazine cover is a special milestone. What does this moment mean to you, and how does it fit into your career journey? When I was offered the great opportunity to join the FHM family, I felt like I was finally being accepted into a category I knew I always belonged in. It feels amazing having a seat at this table.
Every career comes with its challenges. What has been the biggest obstacle you’ve overcome, and what did it teach you? Being an adult entertainer since I was 21 and now in my 40s, I have grown to love my mind, body, and soul in front of the camera. It’s knowing that I have a certain hunger and urge for my sexuality. The biggest lesson I have learned is to be true to thyself.
What new doors or opportunities are you hoping to explore as your career continues to evolve? I’m writing the best chapter of my life right now. I have walked through many doors in many countries. I’m ready to put new opportunities at my front door. Thanks to FHM, I now have that opportunity.
If you could collaborate with any brand, celebrity, photographer, or creative in the world, who would it be and why? Well, as a seasoned AVN 2017 HALL OF FAMER. I have had the privilege and opportunity to work with many companies, photographers, web designers, and artists. I remember when Brazzers first came out LOL. As far as my future goes in this industry, I’m really looking forward to exploring my true acting ability. I’d love to do some reality shows. As far as photography goes, I’ll always be a Sue Randall girl. My new favorite obsession is Kristy Ann. She made me feel powerful.
Outside of your career, what passions, hobbies, or interests might surprise people who follow you? Outside of the adult industry career that I have built for myself. My passions and hobbies as well as interests, are my family, sobriety, and a strong blue collar American work ethic.
Everyone has their own signature style. What are your favourite colours, and how do they influence your fashion, beauty, or personal style? Well, if you’re asking what my favorite color is, it’s teal. My favorite style is BDSM. I love playing both sides, dominant to most. Submissive to a select few.
What’s on your travel bucket list, and is there a destination you’ve always dreamed of visiting? As a seasoned world traveler, I’m blessed with a beautiful American passport full of amazing adventures. One of the countries I haven’t been to is Egypt.
What’s the most-played song on your personal playlist right now, and what makes it special to you? Anything 80s. I love that time. My most up-to-date is Lady Gaga and Tory Lanez lol, kidding. Black Eyed Peas. That’s my workout go-to.
Who or what inspires you to keep growing, and what is one lesson they’ve taught you that you carry with you? My up-to-date GOD, my deceased mother… Can never forget my true old-school FANS.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received, and how has it influenced the way you approach life or your career? I have two answers to this question. The best old-school advice is from my deceased mother: “Don’t take the slice, take the whole pie”. The best new-school advice is from FNM: “Let’s do this time, the right way”.
What do you hope people take away from following you and seeing your journey? I hope that everybody understands that we’re all dealt a hand in life, its how you play your hand. We all can be sheep; we all can be wolves.
Are there other passions, creative projects, or business ventures you hope to pursue in the future? I want everything and the world.
What exciting opportunities or projects are currently on your horizon? FNM has my back and front.

Looking five years ahead, where do you see yourself, and what would you love to have accomplished by then? In 5 yrs, I will have already taken my throne as sex goddess. TherealToryLane.
